Sukkur: The 93rd Birthday of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Founder Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and First Elected Prime Minister of Pakistan Garhi Khuda Buksh Bhutto Celebrated in Mirpur Khas, Hyderabad and other parts of Sindh.
Tribute was paid to Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, also known as Quaid-e-Azam for his services to the nation and the country. The anniversary began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an at his grave in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto. Born on January 5, 1928, he founded the Pakistan People’s Party on November 30, 1967.
A special prayer was offered for the soul of the deceased and a wreath was laid on his grave. On this occasion, Kharo cut the cake on the occasion of the celebrations.
Addressing the function, Nisar Ahmad Khorro said that Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto would never forget history for his selfless services to the poor, sovereignty and democracy of the country. He said that the whole nation and the entire Muslim world remembers his struggle for Muslim freedom in other important capitals of the world and his advocacy for Pakistan among other reasons.
He said Bhutto was a politician who revived a broken nation after the tragic fall of Dhaka and repatriated 90,000 prisoners of war. Kharo reminded the nation that the enemies of the country decided to end it after refusing to play in the nuclear program despite threats to turn it into a terrible example.
