UPDATE
Crews have cleared the scene and all lanes are now open on Hitt Road heading southbound.
According to Idaho Falls Police Department spokeswoman Jessica Clements, the incident, reported at 7:40 a.m., involved a semi-truck with its trailer loaded with hay that had overturned, blocking the southbound lanes of Hitt Road.
No injuries were reported.

IDAHO FALLS — A semi-truck hauling haystacks overturned on Hitt Road near John Adams Parkway Tuesday morning.
