LAHORE: Two sisters abducted from Kahna in November last year were found dead.
The victims were identified as Abida, 26, and Majida, 28, at a bazaar on November 26. Abida’s body was found on December 12 and Sajida’s body was found on January 4, 2021. Both were handcuffed and strangled.
The heirs of the victims suspected that their neighbor Naeem had abducted and killed them.
Accused Naeem disappeared on interim bail. The families and relatives of the accused were also missing after the houses were locked.
