Lahore (Commerce Reporter) The Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) will hire around 300 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) to meet the shortage of teaching staff in public sector colleges.
According to the details, CTI services will be availed for a period of four months during the current financial year.
There is no age limit for applying while those employed will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 45,000.
The list of vacancies in the college (men and women) will be placed in the notice boards of the respective colleges tomorrow (Wednesday) while interested candidates can submit applications from January 14 to 15.
The colleges will submit the provisional merit lists on January 17 while the final merit list will be kept on January 20.
The interviews will be held from January 21 to 23, while the list of successful candidates will be posted by the colleges on January 25.
Finally, the grievance redressal process will be completed from January 28 to 29, while the final merit lists will be submitted by the colleges on February 1. MA / MSc (2nd Division) is the minimum qualification required to apply for these temporary teaching positions.
