LAHORE: Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has convened a meeting of the Punjab Assembly in the Assembly Chamber at 2 pm today.
The 28th session of the 17th Assembly has been approved by the opposition. According to a gazette notification issued by the Assembly Secretariat here on Monday, the meeting was convened at the request of Opposition MPA Khalil Tahir Sindhu and presented to Secretary PA Muhammad Khan Bhatti. The meeting is expected to be chaired by Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
