WASHINGTON: Former press attache at the Pakistani embassy here, Nadeem Hotiana, has died of complications from the coronavirus.
Hitiana, 50, joined the Pakistan Civil Service in 2001.
He was reportedly recovering from the virus but his condition worsened over the past two days and he breathed his last on Thursday night.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter, as well as many friends and fans to mourn his loss.
After completing his assignment at the embassy, he moved to Fairfax, Virginia.
