LONDON: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz Sharif has claimed that the UK High Court of Justice did not entertain Broadsheet’s request for annexation of Avonfield flats. There is evidence that they have never done anything illegal and their assets are clean.

Talking to media here, Hussain Nawaz said that the assets recovery firm Broadsheet had argued in the London High Court that four of the Avonfield apartments belonged to the government of Pakistan as Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir had ruled in the matter. In which former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was convicted in the case of assets beyond reasons. When the case went to court, nothing significant was found in the claim. It was established that the claim was not true. If the court had found anything illegal in its jurisdiction or attached the flats demanded by Broadsheet, Imran Khan and his associates raised a loud voice about it and said, “Look, the court has ruled and Sharif The family has been arrested. ” But Allah is Merciful and He protects the honor and dignity of the people.

He said that the real target of Broadsheet was Sharif family. “The list of targets included others, but it is a well-known fact that the real target was Nawaz Sharif and his family.

Praise be to God, the London High Court has found that we have not committed any violation of the rules. They have been in our case for 20 years but have not been able to find anything against the Sharifs. The NAB and Broadsheet had signed an agreement to target the Sharifs in full, but then they started fighting with each other and Broadsheet sued the NAB and the government of Pakistan in London.

He claimed.

He said that NAB has lost millions of dollars from Broadsheet. That is more than the total value of our assets.

Hussain said that when Broadsheet went to the London High Court against the Sharif family about two years ago, the family’s lawyers and Broadsheet exchanged evidence and talked to each other. “Our lawyers said on the first day that they would not escalate the case because it did not carry weight. There is the same issue in all the cases against us.

Hussain said: “It was decided to stay and then the late Judge Arshad Malik was blackmailed to convict Nawaz Sharif. Now the reality of the case against the Sharif family in London has been exposed. Even in Interpol. The government approached our authorities because there is nothing in the political movement against us.

He said opponents had made long-standing allegations of alleged corruption, but when it came to providing evidence in independent courts, they failed and the same thing happened in the London High Court. “Our opponents keep lying and making accusations, but when the evidence comes out, they have nothing.”
