ISLAMABAD: In the Osama Satti murder case, the IHC on Monday issued notices to the police and other respondents. IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard the case. The petitioner had asked the court to direct him to submit JIT and judicial inquiry reports on the incident. The petitioner had named the IGP, Chief Commissioner ICT and others as defendants in the case. The petitioner said that both the reports should be attached to the case challan. The court issued notice to the defendants and adjourned the hearing till April 1.
