Code – 19 In light of the rising incidence of domestic violence among epidemics, Indian actress Kriti Sanon has stepped up support for those affected and called for change.
In a video message on Instagram, Diva urges victims of domestic abuse to come forward against their abusers as well as to encourage others who may know the victim.
“While we are suffering from this epidemic, the rate of harassment and gender-based violence is increasing and it is worrying,” he said.
“There are two hurdles. The first is lack of awareness and the second is under reporting.”
“It’s very important for us to end this problem.”
