Muzaffarabad: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider has said that Kashmir is not a territorial dispute but a question of giving the Kashmiri people the right to self-determination as per UN resolutions. Addressing a news conference here on Friday, he said India has become the chairman of two committees of the UN Security Council, which is a matter of concern.
