In an intermittent video on Twitter, Tyler could be seen painting a breathtaking portrait of Kamala with such an amazing location all around him.
The teen then posted a picture of his finished work and shouted at the VP-elect, urging others to join him in order to get his attention.

His appeal ended with the attention of Hillary Clinton’s daughter Chelsea Clinton, who then reached out to VP selectors.
Kamala was so moved by the accuracy and beauty of the work that she had a telephone conversation with the teenager.
Kamala Harris said, “I am overwhelmed by the greatness of your artistry. You really have a gift. My goodness! Oh Tyler, what an amazing, wonderful work you have done. This is a very special thing.” Kamala Harris said.
