ISLAMABAD: The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS), Islamabad on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Istanbul Okan University to promote academic cooperation through international engagement of its staff.
The MoU was signed by Farhat Asif, Founder President of IPDS and Professor Deer, Vice Rector, Istanbul Okan University. گنر گرسوئی۔ The move will help the two institutions co-operate in research and exchange of knowledge, a report said.
Following the agreement, the two institutions will arrange exchange visits, distribute educational materials, co-operate in research and publishing, hold joint conferences, seminars and other educational meetings.
In addition to developing the curriculum, the two will jointly organize special technical and administrative programs. Istanbul Okan University was founded in 1999 by the Okan Culture, Education, and Sports Foundation and is based in Istanbul.
It provides vocational, undergraduate, and graduate programs, as well as short- and long-term vocational training. Istanbul Okan University is a hub for national and international undergraduate and graduate students, with a wide selection in both English and Turkish languages that are offered internationally with recognized diplomas.
