Idaho Falls woman seeks to become next Super Mom. She needs your votes

IDAHO FALLS — A local mother is competing in the 2025 Super Mom competition and is hours from potentially being selected as one of the competition’s final 16.

Rebecca Muffler, of Idaho Falls, first heard about the competition from a friend who competed recently.

Muffler is a stay-at-home mother of two sons. According to her bio on the Super Mom page, watching her children grow up and seeing the people they are becoming is the most rewarding part of being a mother.

“When they decide to give someone who is sad a hug, help someone out, or say something nice without my prompting, it shows me who they are. It is an amazing experience, and makes me feel like I’m doing something right.” Muffler’s bio states.

In the Super Mom competition, mothers from across the country compete via votes. The winner will be featured in Woman’s World Magazine, given a weekend vacation to Napa Valley, California, and receive $20,000 in prize money.

Muffler explained how the competition starts with thousands of competitors who are then narrowed down through round after round of voting.

The Super Mom competition will select its final 16 contestants by 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 5. Muffler is currently in third place in this round of semi-finals voting. To move on to the final round, Muffler needs to finish this round in first place.

She knew that competition would be intense, but said she also knew she could potentially win quite a bit of money.

If Muffler wins the competition and the $20,000, she and her husband plan on using the money to pay off some bills and go towards a downpayment for their first home.

“We have lived in an apartment our entire dating and married life, and we want nothing more than to give our kids and our dog a home to call their own with a yard where they can run and play.” Says Muffler, on her Super Mom bio page.

You can vote at the Super Mom webpage, where your first vote is free and you can purchase additional votes. Proceeds from the Super Mom competition will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. According to their webpage, the Super Mom competition has already raised 9.3 million dollars for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

The Super Mom competition has been organized and facilitated by Colossal, an organization that uses competitions to raise funds for charity.
