Dave’s Fire & Smoke BBQ was robbed in Idaho Falls, Idaho while parked. An individual stole more than $8,500 worth of items and supplies, according to a report by East Idaho News.
The individual was at the food truck for about an hour. He smashed the window of the truck to enter and stole the equipment along with a small sum of cash from the register. Video footage from backup cameras in the food truck and other nearby businesses captured the incident.
Other trucks have also been targeted in the area including the Araceli Mexican Food truck.
The investigation is ongoing.
