KARACHI: Sindh Education and Labor Minister Saeed Ghani said that he witnessed the alleged insulting behavior of every Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi who attended the last meeting of the Karachi Transformation Committee (KTC).
Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, Ghani said in response to questions from media persons that he had attended the KTC meeting himself and there was no swearing in (use of insulting remarks) at the meeting.
He said that the Chief Minister of Sindh did not respond to the insulting behavior of Ali Zaidi. “But he (the chief minister) complained to Asad Omar, saying that he would write a letter to the prime minister.” He said that since January 16 (when the last meeting of the KTC was held), neither the Chief Minister nor any member of his cabinet had discussed the issue. “We did not even know about the letter sent by the chief minister to the prime minister because it is a secret document,” he said. He said the letter was a secret communication. He said that a federal minister had questioned the contents of the letter and had also provided the media with evidence of his incompetence and incompetence for such a high post.
In the recent incident, he also exposed the work done so far for the development of Karachi. In my opinion, such a person should not be a member of the (Karachi Transformation) Committee nor should he be a member of the Cabinet. He appealed to the Prime Minister to consider how the contents of the secret letter sent to him came to the notice of the media.
