A Gainesville Georgia Lottery player is now a millionaire following the June 20 Mega Millions drawing.
The ticket matched all five white ball numbers and included a two times Megaplier, doubling the standard $1-million prize to $2-million.
The next Mega Millions drawing is set for Tuesday, with the estimated jackpot at around $326-million.
There were other recent winners in the region, including a player winning $50,000 with a ticket purchased at the Duluth Food Mart on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
Two Georgia FIVE tickets won $10,000 each in the June 20 midday drawing from the New Hope Citgo in Lawrenceville.
All Georgia Lottery game proceeds benefit education in the state.
