Bungie has released a brand-new Destiny 2: Renegades trailer showing off new exotic gear, including Praxic Blade, Heirloom Crossbow, and more coming in December.
Destiny 2’s next expansion, Renegades, is officially launching on December 2, 2025, and it’s bringing some big new changes with it. Set on Mars, the Star Wars-themed expansion puts players in the role of a space outlaw, taking on jobs, building trust with shady factions, and completing missions however they want. At the heart of it is Lawless Frontier, a new activity that lets you choose contracts across multiple planets and complete them solo or with other players.
Bungie is also revamping progression through the new Orders system, aimed at simplifying rewards and giving players more freedom with their loadouts. A new social hub called Tharsis Outpost will act as your main base during the expansion.
And now, Bungie has just dropped a brand-new trailer to showcase some of the weapons and exotic armor that’ll be available when Renegades launches next month.
All the New Weapons and Exotics Shown in Destiny 2 Renegades
Based on the trailer, Renegades will introduce at least six new Legendary weapons and five new Exotic gear across all three classes. Of course, Bungie loves surprises, so it’s safe to assume there are more hidden Exotics waiting to be discovered when the expansion drops. For now, here’s everything that’s been shown so far.

According to Bungie, Renegades will introduce one Exotic armor piece for each class, along with two Exotic weapons, bringing the total to five new Exotics shown so far. Here’s a quick look at each one.
Fortune’s Favor – Hunter Exotic Legs
Description: “After landing a final blow while at full health, or when out of combat for an extended duration, your shields will recharge into an overshield.
“When you have any overshield, your weapons gain increased accuracy, stability, handling, and damage against combatants, and final blows will grant a short period of increased mobility once the overshield is depleted.“
Praxic Vestment – Titan Exotic Chest
Description: “Gain an air move jetpack. Weapon and Arc powered melee final blows build up Jetpack Fuel. Activate your jetpack while airborne with a forceful blast of exhausting Arc energy, then fly forward based on the amount charged. Collide with a combatant to unleash a blinding blast of energy and gain a temporary bonus to your melee stat.”
Deimosuffusion – Warlock Exotic Helmet
Description: “While a Strand Super is equipped, casting Rift will suspend nearby combatants. Suspend deals damage over time, healing you in the process. Combatants who break free from suspension suffer additional damage. Defeating suspended targets heals you a moderate amount.”
Praxic Blade – Kinetic Exotic Sword
“Reflects incoming fire, melee, and ranged attacks.”
Heirloom – Exotic Combat Bow
“Fires high-powered explosive bolts”
