Dr. Jordan Hillam is an orthodontist at Hillam Orthodontics, where three of his brothers also work as orthodontists. The Hillam family has been building smiles since 1966 in eastern Idaho and Wyoming.
I had a great time chatting with Dr. Hillam – and he had seven questions for me too! Here’s what I asked him:
- Why did you want to become an orthodontist?
- What’s been the longest amount of time you’ve worked with one patient?
- What’s been the most bizarre thing you’ve seen with someone’s mouth?
- Have you ever seen someone with perfect teeth who doesn’t need any braces or treatment?
- I’m going to be getting an expander and braces soon. What will those do to my teeth?
- How long do you think I’ll need to wear braces and will I need a retainer the rest of my life?
- Can you share a piece of advice with me?
