WWE reveals title matches for Nights 1 & 2 of ‘Mania in new merch drop

With WrestleMania 41 just over a week away, WWE has released a series of T-shirts featuring several of the event’s marquee matchups. Styled like fight posters, each shirt features the wrestlers and the date of their respective matches. The dates on the merchandise confirm a recent report on how WWE would set the lineups for their two nights in Las Vegas.

Here’s what to expect for Nights 1 and 2 of this year’s extravaganza.

WrestleMania Night 1 – Saturday, April 19, 2025

WWE Shop

  • Main Event: Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
  • World Heavyweight Title: Gunther (c) vs. Jey Uso
  • WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Charlotte Flair

WrestleMania Night 2 – Sunday, April 20, 2025

  • Main Event – Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. John Cena
  • Women’s World Title: Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley

As we learned recently, neither Jey Uso nor Charlotte Flair, winners of their respective Royal Rumble matches, will headline either night of WrestleMania. The same goes for Bianca Belair, who won the women’s Elimination Chamber match in March. In past years, Royal Rumble winners usually closed the show, but that’s not the case this time around.

For Gunther, he is entering his third WrestleMania as a champion, but his first as a world title holder. Missing out on headlining wrestling’s biggest event might seem like a downer. When Ariel Helwani asked if he was disappointed about not being in the main event this year, “The Ring General” had a surprising answer.

No, I’m not,” said Gunther. “At the end of the day, those are, like, they’re big achievements, but that’s nothing I want to stress about.”

Gunther explained that while headlining WrestleMania would be a milestone, it wouldn’t define his pride or happiness in his career. Instead, he stressed the importance of staying grounded, focusing on the present, and avoiding the constant chase for what’s next.

If he stays healthy, Gunther—who also revealed that he signed a new deal with WWE late last year—will likely have plenty of chances to headline WrestleMania. As he noted, staying focused on the present often leads to big opportunities.

Throughout its history, WrestleMania has delivered countless show-stealing matches that didn’t close the show. The bouts listed here, along with others soon to be confirmed, could leave just as big an impact as either of this year’s main events.

What do you think of the Night 1 and 2 lineups, Cagesiders? Have they changed any of your predictions? Which match or matches are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments.
