Lamar Jackson won’t have a full week of practice after all, as he didn’t practice Thursday, three days before a pivotal Ravens-Steelers clash for first place in the AFC North.
Jackson practiced Wednesday, which was the first time he was on the field for the start of the practice week since Nov. 5. But he practiced in a limited capacity and then was not available to speak with reporters afterwards because he was getting treatment.
Jackson is dealing with an ankle injury, which is why he was sidelined Thursday. In the past three weeks, he’s been sidelined by knee, ankle, toe, and now another ankle injury. He hasn’t had a full week of practice in a month.
Jackson coming off one of his toughest games in recent memory, in which he fumbled twice and threw an interception.
Ravens defensive tackle Travis Jones also did not at practice Thursday, but that was due to personal reasons.
Wide receivers Rashod Bateman (ankle) and Devontez Walker (groin) both went from full participants on Wednesday to limited participation on Thursday.
Cornerback Nate Wiggins (foot), safety Ar’Darius Washington (Achilles), and outside linebacker Tavius Robinson (foot) were all limited for a second straight game.
