Lamar Jackson Returns to Full Practice, Says Sore Knee Is Getting Better

Jackson has a career 9-4 record against the Browns as a starter. His 2,544 passing yards against them are the most he has versus any team, and he’s thrown 22 touchdowns to eight interceptions. He’s also run for six touchdowns.

Asked Thursday if he expects the Browns to blitz him any more knowing he’s dealing with a knee injury, Jackson chuckled.

“That’s cool with me,” he said. “I’m cool with it. We’re going to see.”

Wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle), running back Justice Hill (toe), cornerback Marlon Humphrey (finger), and linebacker Jay Higgins IV (knee) were all still missing from practice. Humphrey and Higgins won’t play against the Browns.

Tight end Isaiah Likely (hip), running back Keaton Mitchell (knee), and safety Malaki Starks (knee) all returned to full practice participation. Rookie outside linebacker Mike Green (ankle) was added to the injury report as a limited participant.
