Uncrowned has Dirty Boxing 4 live results, round-by-round updates, start time, highlights, live stream and more for the Gable Steveson vs. Billy Swanson fight card on Thursday night inside The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee. Olympic gold medalist and up-and-coming MMA prospect Gable Steveson makes his unexpected Dirty Boxing debut against Bellator veteran Billy Swanson in the night’s main event.
Steveson (1-0 MMA) made history in the 2020 Olympic Games when he stunned the field at just 21 years old to become the youngest freestyle super heavyweight wrestler to ever win gold. A two-time NCAA champion and two-time Dan Hodge Trophy winner, Steveson is already regarded as one of the most dominant amateur wrestlers of this era. Now making a full-time transition to professional fighting, Steveson made his MMA debut in September with a vicious first-round stoppage of Braden Peterson at LFA 217.

Swanson (4-3 MMA, 0-1 BKFC), similar to his Olympic opponent, makes his Dirty Boxing debut on Thursday. A six-year veteran of the pro MMA ranks, he competed under the Bellator and PFL banners in his past two MMA fights, losing both via stoppages. More recently, Swanson debuted in bare-knuckle boxing with BKFC this past August, losing via third-round knockout to Bear Hill.
UFC veteran Bryan Battle makes his sophomore Dirty Boxing appearance against “The Ultimate Fighter 17” alum Nick Kohring in the co-main event.
The Dirty Boxing 4: Steveson vs. Swanson fight card begins at 8 p.m. ET and can be streamed live on Uncrowned below.

Alan Dawson After the sudden-death fourth-round, we go to the scorecards… 38-38 even 39-37 and 38-37 for Garcia, by majority decision. Well-deserved.
-
Alan Dawson The judges must have scored similar to Uncrowned, with 28-28, as a split draw was declared, forcing a fourth and deciding round — the first time in Dirty Boxing Championship’s still-developing history. Garcia lasnds better shots in the fourth, clearly emboldened by that knockdown in the third. Da Costa breathes from an open mouth. Garcia struggles to cut the ring off on an ever-moving Da Costa, but he still cracked him with solid lefts. A professional way to finish strong and earn the win. Round 4: 10-9 Garcia (38-37 Garcia)
-
Alan Dawson Garcia fought his way back into the bout in the second and third rounds, but again the better work came from Da Costa who had subtle head movement to evade Garcia’s jab. He moved laterally, and lunged with his combinations. Garcia bled from the side of the eye. Garcia with a huge right hand to drop Da Costa toward the end of the round! What a come-from-behind shot! Round 3: 10-8 — Garcia (28-28)
-
Alan Dawson Garcia with a body shot to start the round but Da Costa responded with a left to the body. Garcia end up on the floor but it’s clear it’s a slip. Da Costa pounces, as he looks to take advantage of the situation. Da Costa slightly quicker to the punch. Round 1: 10-9 — Da Costa.

Alan Dawson Levi da Costa, from Brazil, fights Michael Garcia, from LA, in the first fight — a heavyweight bout — on the main card. There’s a lot of momentum to carry, after those wild fights and finishes.

Alan Dawson The ring announcer suggests a moment of silence for Arthur Jones, brother of Jon Jones, who died on October 3. “A devastating loss for the MMA community, NFL community, and for Jon,” said Jason Anik at the end of a video montage.

Alan Dawson Wow! In a pure, blink-and-you-miss-it opening round, Felipe thumped St. John to the floor once, couldn’t finish in the five-second window, but got him down again, and closed the show for good before pumping an imagine shotgun and blowing him for fun. See another angle of the carnage right here:

Alan Dawson In the opener, Stanonik struggled between stances while Willis was more confident in picking one, and sticking with it. Willis varied his output to the body and to the head, despite increased aggression from Stanonik, who even landed a miracle Superman punch. Nice.In the opener, Stanonik struggled between stances while Willis was more confident in picking one, and sticking with it. Willis varied his output to the body and to the head, despite increased aggression from Stanonik, who even landed a miracle Superman punch. Nice. Willis, out of nowhere, with a ONE-HITTER-QUITTER! What an uppercut! And Stanonik just got hammered to the floor. He’s still not even moved. What a finish!

Alan Dawson We’ve got two 175-pounders up next with Jaleel Willis making his Dirty Boxing Championship debut against an unbeaten Dirty Boxing fighter Peter Stanonik.

Alan Dawson Parrish with an early left hand on Smith. Neither of these guys are in optimum shape so we could see fatigue if this does go the decision, like the middleweight scrap, earlier. Considering his size, Parrish is reasonably quick on his feet and able to avoid Smith’s bigger punches. Parrish goes to the body and has to get out the way fast. I’ve seen enough. Somebody’s getting knocked the hell out in this one, likely running into a shot. And it might well be Smith who runs into one! He’s on the floor! Parris has got a knockdown! It’s not a finish but Smith is in a BAD way! Parrish gets close. Smith is on the canvas again but it was more of a throw than being from a punch. Big elbow from Parrish to close the round, and Smith is touching his eye, he’s uncomfortable, and he’s now beaten and through the bottom rope. It’s all over! Big finish from big Parrish!
-
Alan Dawson All eyes now fall on Braxton Smith and Ben Parrish as the heavyweights are tasked with bringing an end to the run of underwhelming decisions, with fireworks.
-
Alan Dawson And here are the scores: 30-27 x 3 for Andrew Stewart! “I feel real damned good in front of my home crowd,” Stewart said. “I’m not a prelim fighter, especially in Nashville. I’m a main card, guy.”
-
Alan Dawson The crowd boo during the third round of the Stewart vs Mettendaf fight. Stewart telegraphs but still lands his overhand right bomb. His body shots still look good, but Mettendaf leaves it to the final bell before he finally comes alive. Far too little, far too late from him.
-
Alan Dawson Stewart chases Mettendaf around the ring but the bigger man’s feet ensure he evades most of the more powerful strikes. Mettendaf’s fencing left hand is also a reasonable defensive posture. His activity is lacking, though, with Stewart the one to bring the action. Stewart punches the mouthpiece out of Mettendaf to claim the round.,
-
Alan Dawson First impressions are that Mettendaf looks a unit compared to the more diminutive Stewart. Mettendaf keeps things tight defensively, as he waits for his openings. Stewart lands combinations, and rips one-twos at the bigger man’s body — a good strategy when giving up height. While the previous middleweight fight just showcased different ways a fighter could box while knackered, this bout displays the opposite: a full tank, but void of effort.
-
Alan Dawson … Dirty Boxing Championship commentator Brendan Tobin kind of sounds like Shane Gillis.
-
Alan Dawson Staying with middleweight we have hometown favorite Andrew Stewart against Ivanieldo Mettendef who is a friend of Jairzinho Rozenstruik
