POCATELLO, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — U.S. Attorney Josh Hurwit announced that a federal jury convicted Jason Lundholm, 36, of Idaho Falls, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver. On September 26, 2023, the Idaho Falls Police Department searched a vehicle, and Lundholm had 227 grams of methamphetamine by his feet. During the trial, it was established that Lundholm conspired with his co-defendants Jeremy Wheeler, 49, and Breena Jolley, 44, to distribute methamphetamine.
After two hours of deliberation, the jury found Lundholm guilty of both charges. He is scheduled to be sentenced on February 13, 2025, and could face 20 years in federal prison.
Wheeler and Jolley pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute and are both scheduled for sentencing on December 18.
