Customers find the pipette works well, is easy to use, and offers good value for money. However, the accuracy and quality receive mixed feedback – while some find it accurate and solid, others report it’s not accurate at all and completely falls apart after one use. Moreover, the liquid retention is problematic, with liquid dripping from the tip and issues with 1ml-5ml measurements leaking when using universal tips. Additionally, the suction is weak.
